Support and motivation...
I've found them to be lacking in me. At my one year, last December, I had lost 83 pounds which is 65% of my excess body weight, which my surgeon told me was the average after 3-4 years in general. I only had like 15 pounds to get to my first goal. It's like there was something that snapped and for the past 11 months I've not been motivated and have gained back about 20 pounds that I had lost.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get back on track, get moving more and eating better? I want to at least be back to where I was a year ago...and preferably get to my goal.

Hey! I can totally relate. I think it might just be the time of year or at least it is for me. I have so much stuff going on with my life right now I see a lot of things sliding that shouldn't be. It's ok, we are only human, we are going to have ups and downs. The fact you recognize that you are slipping is a good thing, so you know you can try to do something about it. Do you still track your food? That always helps me .....
Good luck!

what i do to keep motivated is:
1. come here everyday, read the post and see all this people who do amazing! it keeps my sanity and makes me wanna keep going.
2. excercise. I know is gonna be a bad day if i skip my excercise hour. to me this is the key to success.
3. whatch my food intake, there should not be free days. but i do have 1 weekend day off when i allow myself to have desert or have a couple of drinks. (when im bad is more than one lol. but never more than 2) u won`t lose weight but u will mantain.
I know is hard, n there is just a few lucky ones who don`t have to excercise and be careful with the calories. but the mayority of us need to do all this stuff to mantain and keep losing. i m almost 2 years out and i still wanna lose other 15 lbs its soo hard but i keep focus and going altho the scale is not moving i know if i don`t do what im doing now and wathc carefuly my food and excercise i would gain all the weight back in 1 year or so. is amazing how fast we can gain the weight back.
so ur not alone. but u can be back on track whenever u want u just have to make a decition and do it!!!!!!!!!!!
good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! n keep us posted.
hugs.

I would go 'back to basics'. Start keeping a food log and see where you are falling nutritionally. Make sure you are following the 'rules'. Get an appointment with the nutritionist to help you and keep you motivated. Find a support group to go to, and keep comming around OH. If you feel overwhelmed work at one small goal at a time... like the food logging, then work on adding exercise etc.
