ok they say your taste is different after weight loss well i am almost half way through i have lost 40 kg and have still 43 kg to go . my taste is not different and it is still the same
i have liked this guy from since 2.5 years now ( i know i am pathetic )
i met him by chance a couple of days ago .. guess what i still like the guy .. or i can fall over again
there was never anything between us .. he never made a move cuz i donot know may be for the obvious reason he wasnot really interested .because of how much i weigh

and meeting him again , he still didnot make any move .. but he was so interested in knowing whether i am single or not .

i know already what all of you will tell FORGET ABOUT  IT... i know that ...

the thing is i want to ask .. what is it about feelings .. i thought i wont care... but i keep thinking about the same thing ... what does it take to forget about someone ..
40 kgs checked ..
more opportunity to meet new guys.. well getting there
more confident .. check ed
my taste is more mature .. definetely checked

so what's the deal here ..

just go for it!

ive been realizing lately things that we made about our weight when being heavier were never ABOUT our weight to begin with, it was just us being self conscious.

why not try to meet up with him as friends and see where it goes? you may have a sit down conversation with him and wonder what the heck was i even ethinking?

keep us updated!
good luck!

Amen!  That's the thing and that's why it's just as hard for some post op as it is pre, our mind problems don't go away with surgery....if only they did!
