116lbs gone with the band.. nearing goal

I have been looking at my old photos daily this week so remind myself that there is at least some good outside of the extremely emotionally difficult time I am going through right now. I found some other pictures and decided I'd post them... I'm 8lbs from my goal of 180lbs... then we'll see. Started at 304.5lbs 17 months ago before the LapBand.

You look so great!!! Keep up the good work!! I hope that when I have surgery I can be as successful as you :)

You look great! Its amazing that you lost so much weight, I had the surgery about 3 months ago and only lost 15 lbs so far, I dont know what the problem is....If u dont mind can you let me know how you did it, how much did u exercise? and what types of food did you eat? anything you can let me know would be great!
