Im becoming tired with my workout schedule can anyone reccommend some exercises?? Especially ones for toning the stomach area?????

I use a BalanceBall (Gaiam BalanceBall kit sells at Target and Wal-Mart for cheap)
Its really effective and comfortable.

Its really cool but I have to admit that I've had mine (balanceball) for two years now and it leaks air. I think its is my weight (LOL) but its supposed to support all weight categories!

Yeah those work great! Also I started doing slim in six work out DVD's I got mine really cheap on Ebay! It's kind of like Teabo but geared toward women and a little slower paced so you don't get lost during the work out!

I also get lost with some of the routines...LOL
especially because I have such a small space....
