1th u need to relax. ur only 3 months out, and u already have lost 80 lbs thats beyond amazing! so u most be doing something right... about falling off of track, u should be careful, now that u have like a full restriction u can take advantage of it!! and relearn how to eat. i know ur only 3 months from ur old life of eating what u want and old bad habits, but ur gonna learn in no time to be confortable with ur new eating habits and gonna learn how to deal with that in the envirament u are i mean, kids, social dinners and stuff. so don´t worry, just follow ur plan and let ur tool work, then ur gonna have harder to make that tool work.
i know is hard to see the scale is not moving for a week or more, but is totaly normal. if u follow ur plan ur gonna lose the weight! so relax and ejoy the ride. this process can be very estressfull so don´t over think.
hugs!

I say don't try to leap back in both feet first. To say that you are going back to the gym everyday is great but is it realistic? Will you feel bad or dissapointed if you don't make it that often. Set smaller goals like making sure to get the protein shake in everyday and maybe 4 days at the gym. If you do more fantastic!
Good luck! It's so hard to stay on track but we have the knowledge and thats really the secret!

Are you food logging? If not I would start... sometimes seeing things in black and white can really help. The kids are having snacks so you are eating some... any clue of how many calories/fat/carbs/sugar etc in what you are eating? Some little things can add up.
Also... why not try to incorporate more healthy foods into the kids eating and kill two birds with one stone? Everybody wins :-)
Maybe try prepacking some snacks for yourself... take time on sunday to container up snacks for you so when the kids snack you have your 'mommie snack'. You are only 3 months out and now is the time to work on the good habits you will use for the rest of your life. I eat 6-7 times a day and its good to get on a schedule and get use to it so it will be routine for you.. nothing to fall off track from if its just a part of your daily routine ya know?
Dont be too hard on yourself either... this is a learning process and it will take you time to get everything down... set small goals for yourself and work on them one at a time so youa re not overwhelmed. Instead of the gym every day aim to get at least 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week... once you can accomplish that then work your way up... you may also want to set a rewards system for yourself for some additional motivation (besides the scale)... like workout 3 times a week for 2 weeks and get a pedicure... 3 times a week for a month and get a new shirt... whatever motivates you!
