arms
My arms are BAD. I've resigned myself to needing a brachioplasty. I'm already kinda saving up for it. I have 68 pounds to go and I KNOW my arms will just keep getting worse :( I'd still rather be thinner and healthier, even if it means really saggy arms. I keep telling myself that.

They aren't as bad as I thought they would be. The only problem now is not so much the sag but the stretch marks have turned wrinkly so it makes me feel like I have creepy Madonna arms. Surgery is not in the budget as of right now but maybe one day, although I'd opt for breast implants before I'd do my arms. Going from a 42 D to a 34 A is slightly depressing for me. :-(
The secret really is to tone by lifting weights and doing conditioning exercises. The results may never be as perfect as surgery but it definitely will help.
Good luck!!

You can start working out to build some muscle under there-but ultimately you will probably just need the excess skin removed. I just had my tummy tuck and my brachioplasty and new boobies come in July. My plastic surgeon tld me flat out no matter how much i toned I would still have the excess skin under my arms.
