Pouch Test
From what I've read it's just a 5 day sort of "back to basics" thing where you start off with just protein shakes for a few days and then add in protein, veggies, etc. Some people swear by this as a way to jump start themselves back into the routine if they've fallen off the wagon. I think a few people on the board may have done this but I personally have not although I might try just to see if it will take a couple of pounds off.
