THIS LAST MONTH FROM AUGST19TH-SEPT 19TH I HAVE ONLY LOST 5LBS!

I AM SOOOO PISSED!

So i just joined 24 hrs fitness and going to get my butt in gear and litteraly work my ass off!

welcome to my life i didnt lose **** for 3 months actaully gained lost weight but finally i have lost that and some more in the past 2 weeks it makes me sad

 That's just the way it goes sometimes, it's frustrating especially after losing so much so quickly.  But just remember that it's still 5lbs!  I'm excited about ounces now a days...lol.  

Good luck with the new gym!

i am still very glad that at least i am LOSING!
lol just wi**** was faster.
its my fault though i stoped working out.

don't pay much atention to the scale and follow ur plan and excercise your gonna lose the weight .  sometimes is just the way our bodies are adjusting to the new changes. 
hide ur scale!!!!!!!!!!! is ur worse enemy,  the head games are the worse and scales  do that!.
keep it up!

OK,  Are you eating properly?  Getting enough protein?  Drinking all your water?

Things have been a little rough for you lately on a personal note.  Try and stay positive, & focus on you.  Don't beat yourself up over loosing "ONLY 5 LBS".  This is a good thing.  You could have gained 5 lbs. 

I realize it is much hotter in the IE, but take the baby out walking with you at night.  As for the gym, use this as "ME TIME".  No kid, no hubby.  Just go out and do it.
