officially two weeks out

Hey everyone...I made it through surgery with no complications thus far (praise the lord) I am officially down 28pounds...Hopefully that's good...

 That's fantastic..both about surgery going well and 28lbs gone!  Think about how long it too before to lose that much weight.   Keep up the good work!
