I noticed you too are from LB... did you know there is a local support group that is full of fellow OH'ers? We meet every last Saturday of the month at the Starbucks in Seal Beach (target/ralphs center) @ 10am.
Certainly you are welcome....it's a great bunch of folks who attend and we also have a clothing exchange.
