I'm no expert or anything but give it time...maybe your body is still in shock from surgery and is holding tight to what you still have...you know the whole "your body thinks it's going to starve thing" If all else fails call your doc or your nut. Atleast you haven't gained any weight...I've heard of that happening multiple times.

Its a stall, which is perfectly normal. I stalled weeks 3 and 4 after surgery but the main difference is that I was not on a liquid diet before surgery so I hit my stall after 2 weeks on liquids. I hope this helps, just remember that its totally normal and that you will start loosing, your body just has to adjust.

Nope, you'll start losing...it's basically impossible not to at the point you are at.  Your body is just adjusting, give it time.

I know its the most disappointing feeling in the world but thank God it passes and then you start losing. this is the hardest time to be patient  I know! I always felt awkward being so big and eating so little, thinking, I should be losing 5 lbs a day eating like this! but soon you will half your size and still eating like a bird and loving every minute of it.

aww girl i know is hard but is very normal to not lose weight the 1th weeks out, its prolly all watter, and ur body trying to adjust to the new changes. i remember a close friend of mine lost about 30 lbs the 1th month. and i only lost 24 the 1th two months i was like" WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I HAD SURGERY" but every one lost at their out way. and at 1 year out the two of us lost the same % of weight. so calm down take a deep breath, relax. and you will LOSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i promise so  follow ur plan. if you to everything right and lern how to use ur tool this will work so relax and enjoy the ride.
and if u want some advice. hid ur scale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate mine lol
good luck, and keep it up!
hugs!!!!!!!

Keep in mind your stomach and brian dont let eachother know the intimate details. Your brain says "hey I just cut myself open and I am supposed to be losing weight" the stomach says "HEY HEY HEY gimme food. We're starving, you're killing yourself..." So the stomach goes into starvation mode where it kills your metabolism and really just stops doing what it is doing. Give it time.

I have had 3 stalls, (1 just ended a couple days ago). a few weeks out (where you are), a couple months out, and now this one that just ended was 3 weeks or so long and is 6 months out.
