Stalls are normal, just keep to the plan and don't let it discourage you!

sweetie, you are doing great! 2lbs?? your body can fluctuate a lot - If i weigh myself in the morning I weigh about 2-3lbs more by the time I get home from work!  That's just one day :)  Keep up the good work :)

i know is hard!! BUT WELLCOME TO THE WORLD OF WLS!!!.  thats why i hid my scale for a long time! is really hard to see stalls or gains at such a  short time out. but is pretty normal, is just your body trying to adjust to the changes, and i could be jus****er if u are in those times of the month. so don't be discouraged. you will lose the weight i promise!!!! hang in there
hugs.

Don't freak out over minor fluctuations and stalls. They happen. You can't let them get to you, or you'll go nuts.

For example:

June: Lost 11lbs
July: lost 2 lbs
August: 10lbs lost so far.

I was like WTF? 2lbs in a whole month?

It happens. Take it with a grain of salt, and as long as you're doing the right things, the weight will come off!!!

Remember, we're looking for the long haul, not instantaneous results.

Good Luck, and Chin Up!!!!
