For the girls that have extra skin..

Hey! I was just wondering how everyones boyfriends acted after surgery towards your new body..
I can tell that im gonna have a lot of extra skin..My boyfriend says just make sure you work out...
Im tierd of explaining it to him...

my ex was good about it. he didn't mind it at all. it bothered me more then it bothered him. I know what you me tho.

I don't have a boyfriend, unfortunately. But I question how I am supposed to find one with all this extra skin and my tits looking so scary.

 My husband can't keep his paws off of me, extra skin and all!   He will always just hug me and say, he can't believe how much smaller I am now.  When I complain about my extra skin he says that he doesn't even notice it until I point it out in his face...lol....

I wouldn't worry about it, love really is blind so they will love you no matter what!  They will just be extra proud of your new hot bod!

Lucky for me, im with Emily... I know its there and i hate the skin but he couldnt care less. He makes me feel beautiful and sexy even with my ugly saggy skin haha. I just try my best to not let it bother me since right now theres really nothing i can do about it.

My husband constantly reminds me that I am the most beautiful woman in the world, and I'm still pre-op and 350 pounds.  When I get concerned about extra skin later he just reminds me that he loves me no matter what and that after we have babies (plastics before babies just wouldn't make sense) if I am feeling uncomfortable in my loose skin then he supports me and we'll work it out to get it taken care of.

I hope your boyfriend treats you that way!

I'm lucky enough to be with the posters above me.  My boyfriend and I started dating 3 weeks after my surgery.  He has been amazing throughout the entire thing.  I complain about my saggy stomach all the time.  He reminds me that it shows how far I have come and almost makes me proud of it.  He tells me how hot I am--saggy skin and all-LOL!  We have talked about the possibility of me getting plastics done.  He said its totally up to me and he will support me either way. 

I think it all depends on the man, but the right one will love you no matter one--saggy skin and all!   

My boyfriend didn't know me pre-surgery.  Didn't meet until 1.5 yrs post op.  He doesn't care and I have a ton of extra skin.

The good ones aren't going to care.

I met my bf after losing 90 lbs.. i explained that I had surgery and all of the results-and that I knew i would eventually need plastic surgery. He never really made a big deal about, but i think it was mostly because he knew I was really unhappy about it and he always tries build me up. Im 4 weeks away from plastics now and he still asserts that he loves me either way but know I will be happier once its gone...and of course that makes him happier :)

Mine didn't care in the least about the extra skin. I've now had a lower body lift and vertical thigh lift done with him by my side and well, yeah, he does enjoy the new (less saggy) butt, but he loved it before. He is always reminding me if I decide to do something, do it for me, not him because he loves me just the way I am. (Although he's not complaining about me wanting to get my boobs done in December - LMAO)
