i'm not fishing for compliments or anything, but i did want to show off my progess at the gym. i have been running and lifting a lot and am so happy with my results. it feels good to be able to see the changes. whe i was fat and lifting, i would get strong, but there really was no noticeable definition. well thanks for looking!

I noticed your stats- if I saw you on the street I'd NEVER believe you used to weigh over 450 pounds. In fact, since you are starting to look pretty built, I'd probably assume you'd mock someone who weighs 350 pounds like I do. Just goes to show that I should check my judgmental heart at the door!
