34 down...1 Month Post Op!
Okay so today I had my 1 month check up and the dr said I was doing great! I have lost 34lbs and lots and lots of inches. I am hoping it stays like this with a few stalls so I wont be to wompy-jod hehe. Anyways I was so happy to be down by 34 never have I lost that much weight in 1 month! YAY
Today I celebrated a bit to much and ate all the wrong things...tomorrow is a new day and I will get back on and do things right. Thanks for all the help and support during this 1 month!!!
Next check up in November. YAY

Hey there! for the first post welcome to the board and thanks for the congrats!
For the second post, I didn't exersize yet..my dr just cleared me yesterday but I did make sure to keep walking and moving. Drink you water and make sure you follow the meal plans. You have nothing to worry about you will deff lose at least 20lbs in the first month I would imagine. I see alot of ppl on here that have lost even more than I did in the first month and I was like MANNN I sucked. But remember we are all different and you will be shocked at how it just falls off. Good luck though and don't freak out when you hit your first stall...I did but it's totally normal to stall. Hope this helps? Thanks for the kind words!
