Cereal?
er don´t remeber well but i think when u are able to have soft solids. if u have it with milk. i´ll check it when i get home and let u know cuz i remember they wrote down cerean in one of the stages but i can´t remember well which one. altho i don´t think cherrious would be a very good idea. maybe 2 much sugar and may get a lil ugly lol.
I started eating cereal after I was able to eat solid foods, Special K makes a really good cereal called Protein Plus, throw a bananna or some berries on top with a little splenda and its super good! And one serving has 12g of protein. I also cru**** up and use it to "bread" chicken so it works for that too!

I was recently told cereal was never a good choice by my nutritionist...but she said if I really wanted it special k protein plus was the best choice, I also cut up a banana and eat it like that, its pretty good. Cherrios would be too high in sugar/fat/carbs...according to most bariatric nuts
Good luck...

This may only be me but cereal and milk makes me dump. I haven't quite figured out why because no other milk/grain product does this to me. I'm thinking it is because I usually have it first thing in the morning and it might be a shock to my system or because I'm eating it faster than I think I am to avoid sogginess. I'm sad because cereal is my go to breakfast.
Kashi makes a good high protein cereal that's pretty tastey.
