25LBS LOST IN 2WEEKS

I HAVE WENT FROM 252LBS STARTING WEIGHT AND 247LBS ON JULY 13 DAY OF SURGERY TO 227LBS AS OF TODAY. I HAVE LOST 25LBS AND 5LBS WAS BEFORE SURGERY. I WAS WANTING TO KNOW IF I AM LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT TOO SOON? ANY AND ALL ADVICE IS WELCOMED I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING MY DIET TO A TEE AND THINGS SEEM ALL GOOD. I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 100LBS TO LOSE AND DON'T WANT TO GO ON THE UNDERWEIGHT SIDE IF I LOSE TO QUICKLY TOO MUCH.

pretty sure all of us lose a ridiculous amount the first 2 weeks/month. i lost 20 lbs in 1 week... and i too, was worried about the weightloss coming too rapidly. itll slow down.. you're doing everything right! don't sweat it.

Let it ride!  You are working your tool.  There will be times when you will miss this phase, so enjoy it.  This is normal.

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. is not time to worry about this. just  follow the rules and take ur vits.  it will slow down.

 I think I was down about 20 lbs after 2 weeks also!  The first week I lost 16!  I was so excited I remember seeing people at the support group that were 1 month out and down 25 lbs and I was soooo sure I was going to be down 40 by the time I hit 1 month and it definitely slowed down lol so enjoy it while it lasts ;)

OK SO I AM ALMOST 4WKS POST OP AND WORRIED BIG TIME. I WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. I LOST 25LBS THE FIRST 2WKS AND I AM GOING ON THE 4TH WEEK AND HAVEN'T LOST ANYTHING IN ONE WHOLE WEEK?????? I AM SO SCARED THAT I AM NOT GOING TO MOVE THE SCALE ANYMORE. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG OR IF THIS IS NORMAL. I'M NOT LOOKING TO LOSE LIKE THE FIRST TWO WKS I JUST WANT THE SCALE TO ATLEAST MOVE DOWNWARD AGAIN. I CAN DEAL WITH IT MOVING SLOW BUT IT HAS WENT FROM 228-226 THIS PAST WEEK. I AM GETTING IN ABOUT 48OZ OF WATER, EATING FULL LIQUIDS EVERY 2-3HRS SOMETIMES 4 AND I AM TAKING ALL MY VITAMINS. THE ONLY THING I SEE THAT I AM MISSING IS PROTIEN SHAKES. I AM STARTING PROTIEN SHAKES AND SOLIDS THIS WEEK AND SCARED THAT I WILL GAIN WEIGHT INSTEAD OF LOSING. IT'S DIFFICULT TO EAT THIS WHEN I FEEL LIKE THIS AND AM SCARED I WILL GAIN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ANY ADVICE IS ACCEPTED.
