Weight Loss Update

Thank you to all of you who gave me advice when I was stuck in a rut so quickly after surgery. On the advice from a fellow OH member I cut my carbs. In the last few days I have gone from 289 to 278. Now that I am loosing so quickly I am terified of carbs.  

I was not able to stop weighing myself (as I said I would) because I am addicted... I know it's bad but when your loosing it feels so good.

Thanks again everyone for your advice. It really helps to be on here.

YAY!!! congrats!! but don´t be afraid of carbs u need those for excercising!  so be careful and don´t cut them out for good of ur diet!!

 fantastic!!  Like Mariana said, don't cut them out completely but just don't overload.  Congrats on all the hard work!

i agree that you got to watch those carbs! I eat some but very very rarely and I avoid anything with white flour in the first 5 ingrediants.
If you have to eat some crackers get whole wheat or multigrain. compare the carbs on those its HALF of the regular white flour kind.
I am also terrified of carbs but a few really dont hurt. besides exercizing is the key to shaping this new body
