frustrated. mini vent :/
hey ya'll.
i hesitated posting this but i need support.
im almost 4 months out. and in the past month i feel like ive been losing slowly compared to the previous months.
im still fairly active, but have had a lot going on this month after the 4th holiday, a wedding in jersey, a death in the family. blahblahblah. i promised myself this week i will start going back to the gym regularly. instead of what ive been doing the past few weeks. (to make up for missing gym sessions ive been doing excercise tv on demand.. its great btw if your stuck at home and need to work out)
did anybody else stall out at almost 4 months? ive only screwed up on my protein a few times this month and have been doing great protein and calorie wise. im very proud of myself with this,because ive been struggling with that since day 1. But at the same time i thought logging everything and being on top of getting my 70-90 grams of protein a day in would be a great result on the scale!!
i know ive lost mucho inches in the past few weeks, but how about the scale ya'll??
and is anybody else sick of people saying things like "wow you were really beautiful before but now your just over the top!!! woah!!".
it seems like a back handed compliment to me!

i have 70-90 a day and only like 30 of that is drinking protein. i suggest highly click protein. its espresso flavored protein, and i LOVE LOVE LOVE coffee! its 30 bucks thou like every 2 weeks, which sucks butt, but it helps me get it all in.
i know when i first first out i was like how am i going to eat 40 grams of protein a day? but its easy once you start to settle down in your eating habits.

Girl inches are the only things that count. Keep in mind that technically speaking Arnold Swartsinager (not spelled right) is obese. Muscle weighs more than fat so while you’re working out your building muscle. When I work out I plateau for a week or two and then loose. I just got over a stall by cutting carbs. I am so psyched.

haha ok so the past 2 days ive gone to the gym and eating like 90 grams of protein and ive lost 2 pounds when i woke up this morning!
so i think getting off my ass after work has been helping. that and i dont have all that stress around me that was going on the past 3 weeks!
