Halfway there!

So I weighed in this morning at 226#, down from 297# that is a total loss of 71# so that is exactly halfway to my goal, I have 71# more pounds to lose to my goal weight of around 155. I am a little over 4 months out... I feel like I have been having trouble keeping track of what I am eating (i.e. protein) I always do a great job journaling for a few days, even up to a week then I completely forget for a week or two. Another thing I am not doing well on is remembering my vitamins, so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for remembering to write down food and taking vitamins Thanks in advance and keep up the good work everyone!

if you are online alot. www.mydailyplate.com works well for me, when im trying to be good w/ remembering my foods and journaling everything.

as for vitamins, i put a note for myself on my bathroom mirror and that helps tons every morning. :)
