Halfway there!
So I weighed in this morning at 226#, down from 297# that is a total loss of 71# so that is exactly halfway to my goal, I have 71# more pounds to lose to my goal weight of around 155. I am a little over 4 months out... I feel like I have been having trouble keeping track of what I am eating (i.e. protein) I always do a great job journaling for a few days, even up to a week then I completely forget for a week or two. Another thing I am not doing well on is remembering my vitamins, so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for remembering to write down food and taking vitamins Thanks in advance and keep up the good work everyone!
