IT WAS A BEAN AND CHEESE BURITO.....
BUT STILL!

I ALSO HIT A STALL I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT
AND MY SURGEON SAID I AM A SLOW LOSER.
I NEED TO GET OFF MY BUMB AND EXERSIZE
AND DRINK MORE WATER
AND GET IN MORE PROTINE!
IM STARTING FRESH ALL NBEW TODAY!
WTF WAS I THINKING.
I DO NOT WANT TO FAIL.

Aw, just don't let yourself continue the bad eating. One burrito isn't going to kill you or make you gain 10 pounds, you just gotta get back control. I learned this in Weigh****chers but it applies everywhere really. Just the fact that you said you are starting fresh today is a great thing, get moving and get drinking :)

Dont beat urself up, I have fast food from time to time because the important thing to remember is a lifelong journey and to say u will never eat fast food ever again in your life is a joke.  U ate 1 burrito right?  Before surgery, how man could u eat?  More than one I'm sure.  A couple months ago I slipped and had a crispy chicken sandwich, I could only eat a forth of it, when before I could the whole dang thing plus a large fry and more... so... dust urself off and start fresh today!

ya norm i could eat 2 with a drink and a side of rice hahaha!
i had like 4 bites and was soooo full....but i sat there for 2 hrs watchin a movie and finished it i was piiiised at myself.

Hey Girl...
Get over it.  New day, start over.  I also agree with the other lady on the Weigh****chers thing as I have done this for years.  Forgive yourself because no one else can do this for you.  A couple of bites of a burrito is not bad, I would concern myself more with the tortilla.  Maybe next time, just eat the middle part.  Don't worry about loosing slowly this might actually be a godsend so that you will not have so much excessive skin.  Don't feel your a failure because your not.  You are a looser to acheive a healthy goal.  Don't shoot yourself, I really enjoy texting and reading posts with you.  Stay cool, and think back to why you had surgery to begin with.

I feel like crap too... I am doing a few days of very low carbs to re-vamp my weight loss. I am so bummed because everyoone else on here seems to be loosing  so quickly and I am loosing no more than I did pre-op... Whatever... you're not alone.

i way myself tomorrow for my 2 mo.
i got weighed by my surgion on the 13 and only lost 27 lbs since surgery!
booooo!
so tottal i have lost 39 lbs.
i started a lyquid diet 2 weeks before surgery and lost 12 lbs.

I lost about 15lbs in the first 1.5 weeks then gained back 5. For the next three weeks I fluxuated gaining and loosing 5 lbs week to week. I am a month out an I have only lost 10-15lbs.

I dont even know how that is possible unless you are not sticking to the plan...

At 2 weeks I was still liquids. First week only clear, next week full liquid. Then 4 weeks out I was on mushy things like pudding and shredded things. I was barely taking in any calories, so I lost a ton of weight.

I have only just started introducing carbs back, and even then I am trying to limit it.

Did your surgeon give you a food plan?
