hey everyone!
so i usually post in the ontario forum because i live there but i thought i would branch out and become part of another forum as well. and it might be nice to have other people around my age group to ask questions to.
i just got approval today and i got my surgery date today.
i am having my RNY august 13th, 5 days before my 22nd birthday :)
hoping to chat with some nice people and enjoy this forum as much as i enjoy the ontario forum.

Welcome! I am so excited that I made this choice in my 20s. Many people in my pre-op class were saying how they wished they had done the surgery early.

and we all are same age and can relate to everything ur going throught. is great to feel ur not alone in this boat! lol
btw i`m mariana had My RNY when i was 22 18 months a go!! and loving it!!!

Hey, welcome! i decided to come check it out too. I keep forgetting that I am in in my 20's still! I think it is a good idea to talk to people in my age group too! I had my surgery on Feb. 9th, two days after I turned 27. I kept telling everyone it was my birthday gift to myself!
