Summer Challenge?!
So who wants a summer challenge?...
I was thinking that we incorporate 3 things: water exercise, protein
These are the 3 things our bodies need to lose weight- NO MATTER HOW FAR OUT WE ARE...
Today marks my 1 month. I plan to exercise for at least 45 minutes per day, drink at least 64 ounces of water and get at least 60 grams of protein in.
I hope others join me.
Challenge will go from July 15th to August 15th, thats one month.
Please reply with
exercise time goal
amount of protein intake
every wednesday I will post summer challenge check-in and ask for total exercise time and weekly average protein intake!
Lets see how everyone does!

do y'all like crystal light? it absolutely transformed my water intake. especially since some of it has caffeen, so I drink it instead of coffee. I almost never get under 64, and I often get 90 oz + per day (I get dizzy if Im dehydrated, so that's a good motivation too... and my doc's always on my case)
As someone told me lately, everyone deserves the chance to fly!

In addition to cardio, I also do strength training 3 days a week.
My goal is to stick with it evet day and keep pushing myself harder and harder.

Thanks for setting this up!
It's going to be a crappy week coming up because I'm going to be gone from tomorrow until Tuesday and I won't have acess to a gym. Guess I'll be running! I'm taking my son and staying at my parents house for the weekend and I always do horrible eating and exercising when I'm there. I aim to change that this visit!
My goal for this week will be to get 30+ minutes of aerobic activity daily, which like I said, will be a challenge not in my comfort zone of the gym. I'll bump up that number for the next week when I'm back at home.
I'm horrible about tracking my protein on paper but I'll shoot for 80gms a day and part of my challenge will be writing it down!
I <3 green tea and crystal light to-go packs so I always get my water intake taken care of. But to make it fun I'll just say 64oz a day.
I love challenges! It's so easy to not keep track of these things, so this is a great opportunity to make sure we are doing everything we need to do to keep ourselves healthy!
