You have lost 81 lbs in 5 MONTHS!! We can't lose 10 lbs a week forever ... so of course it slows down. You might just have had a month where your body had to catch up with the amount of weight you loss in such a little time.
I can tell you my weight loss slowed down about 2 months ago ... that would have put me at 4 months post op. Now I have 34 lbs left until goal & it is like it is creeping along.
Make sure you are getting in ALL of your water & protein. Maybe step up your exericise routine for a week or 2 and see if that jump starts the amount of weight you are losing! You are doing wonderful ... don't let the numbers get to you ... there will be WEEKS where you only lose a pound!

I'm 7 months out and have pretty much gotten to the point of where my RNY is going to help me, I'm now pretty much on my own I think. I've lost 93lbs so far and need to lose another 20ish. I'd kill to lose 3lbs a week. But, I've lost all of this in 7 months which is ridiculous if you think about it...I'm not going to stress losing the last 20lbs even if it takes me another 7. As my husband said to me when I got into a fit about not losing as fast, at some point we are going to either have to be happy or be forever miserable.
You didn't gain all of your weight overnight and it's not going to come off that fast either. You're doing fine..keep it up!
