did anyone have preg. scare B4 surgery?....i am

okay girls...im am freeking out my last cycle started the friday before memorial day....the longest my cycles have ever been is 42 days. and that was only one month, i wasnt pregnant. sooo im starting to freek. they tend to vary from 32 at the shortest to 37 most usual i took a pregnancy test (first responce) yesterday and it was a fast negitive. i did my pre op testing last thursday so i should have the results back on monday or tuesday...( they do pregnancy test on all woman under age 45 pre op) but untill then ....WAITING SUCKS!
so my questions is.... did this ever happen to you or anyone you know?

BTW i had a tubal ligation in february of 08. but there is still a slim possibilty...it'd be my luck!

No advice but I was there about 2 months post op and I was freaking out.  It turned out to actually be my periods coming back for the first time in years instead of a bebee, but the pre-menstural stuff was exactly like the symptoms I had when I was pregnant.

OMG.. I just bloged about this the other day.  My periods have been on the normal side for the last couple of years and now it's just wacky right now.  I had to stop my BC cause I'm pre-op right now and my hormones are all over the place.  I think would just die if this happend right now.   Thank goodness at my ultrasound of the liver last Friday confirmed - I was NOT pregnant.  You should have seen the look on the technicians face when I asked her if she saw a baby during this... she was like uh - why didn't you tell me you are pregnant before hand.  I almost **** bricks.... I'm like what the hell?  She was so confused at the point... I'm like - well is there?  She's like no.  I am certain there is no baby in there.  I had to reassure I wasn't actually looking for a baby to be in there just neededd a mere confirmation to ease my mind.

Swhh... yes waiting sucks.  Best of luck to you girl.

LMAO... oh gosh

thats funny cause i asked him if everything looked "OK"...i wasnt gonna say hey is there a baby in there.... although it would have been funny to see that "look" ...he just said he cant tell me anything...im like whatever...but i just said "oh okay" and droped it... 

BTW did aunt flo sho up yet for her visit with you?

Not pregnant...i called the surgeon and askd for the test results....whoooo!

im ready to get it done!
