You're fine....everyone is different and loses at different rates.  It just depends on your surgery type, how big you were to start with (obviously someone who starts off at 350lbs is going to lose more than someone who is 250), and a million different other variables.   20lbs in two weeks is insanely good...I'm lucky anymore to lose 2lbs in one or two weeks.   Just keep doing what you need to and you'll be fine...remember, you didn't gain all your weight in one day and you won't take it off that fast either.

Hi,

I had my surgery on May 27th and I have lost 23 pounds. The first week I lost 17 (crazy) and only 5 since. Everyone is different, you seem to be on track :)  Also, you might not be losing weight but you could be losing inches...I dropped a size in jeans even when the scale wasn't moving, so don't worry too much about the #s :)
