Food Nightmares

OK so I'm now officially one week post-op and I'm feeling better every day. I still have a constant sick pain in my stomach that makes it difficult for me to convince myself to eat. I've been trying to get everything in...I suppose I could try a little harder though. Anyway, here is the thing. Almost every night I have food nightmares. I dream that I've gone out and eaten a whole pizza or fast food somewhere...not only that but in my dream I don't have any problems with that quantity/type of food. When I wake up in the morning I have to sit and think...did that just happen...did I really just do that!? I feel like I'm going nuts, having to concentrate that hard on seperating dream from reality! I am only a week post op so obviously haven't even had time to fall of the wagon yet, and I pray I don't. I was just wondering if anyone else has these nightmares and what you do about it!

no joke, i had a dream two nights ago that i won a t-bone steak eating contest. won it.. and i dont even eat red meat. i think it happens to all of us!!

i have more day dream nightmares than night time ones though, haha... for instance, a box of russell stover chocolates on the counter made me cry on the inside on father's day. sucks!

however, it's day 10 for me post-op.. and although i had that dream, my cravings during the day are slowly going away which is nice!
