A Great Idea ~ 1-2oz. at a time
Okay people I got a great idea and I wanted to share. I have been using 8oz. pyrex dishes to eat and it was irritating because I could only eat a couple bites and put the rest back in the fridge and the more you heat stuff like cream of wheat the yuckier it gets. So, here is the great idea I thought of… I freeze food in ice cube trays. 1 cube is the perfect portion. I have frozen cream of wheat (add a little milk or water then you thaw), marinara sauce with cheese and protein powder, and condensed cream of chicken soup (add an oz. of milk and microwave). I was thinking about making jello jigglers too. After I freeze a tray of food I empty it into plastic bags. I love it. Enjoy!
