For us menustrating women out there....how do you manage your supplement intake for the iron, b12, calcium, and multivitalmin?  I know you cannot take calcium with iron because of absorbtion issues......What time of day do you take each, so I can do the same?  Multi-vit in morning? Iron in the evening? B12 at lunch?

In the morning:
multi
b1
b12

at dinner
calcium
D
magnesium

you could probably do your iron in the morning if they dont cause issues with the b12
otherwise iron with the multi and b12 for lunch.
its hard to get all these things in but I made it a habit and now I remember almost every day! I also keep a stash of one days worth in my purse so if Im out and about I have them with me

You should ask you Dr or dietition for a sheet of all the vitimans and when you should take them.

Well first there are certain amounts of everything you have to take. Multi...2x a day. Calcium citrate...1200-1500 a day but cannot take more than 500 at a time. I take liquid iron so 2x a day. And my actigall for my gallbladder 2x a day.

So heres my scedule.
Cook breakfast and right before first bite....multi
1 hour after eating....500 of calcium and actigall

Lunch: before first bite...500 of calcium
1 hour after....iron

Snack: before first bite.....multi
1 hour after eating....500 of calcium

Dinner: after eating....iron and actigall

I do not have to take b-12 unless my labs say I need it. So can't help you there but you can prob take it anytime.
