do you have stretch marks?!? if so, you will probably have some.
too many things factor into skin elasticity to really say for sure, a lot of it is just simply genetics and also has to do with just how long you've been over weight.
we had very similar starting points and i DO have loose skin, primarily in my arms and on the bell, which is where i carried a LOT of my weight.

Its worth some excess skin. I got pregnant when I was 260 and was 300 when I finally gave birth and i have a flat stomach. there is extra skin there but when I wear clothes my stomach is flat. I carry more weight in my legs and they are pretty loose right now, but I can still wear shorts and I look a million times better with some extra skin then I did with an extra 100 lbs.
The only time I really notice that I look flabby is when I am naked, and since most people are not going to see you in that condition, you can probably get away without plastics Im going to give my skin 2 years and then Ill decided if its worth it.
