Goodness sorry about being totally MIA!! Congrats to all those that have had their Surgery Scheduled. It seriously is the best decision I have ever made!!! I am doing really well. I had Open RNY. 31lbs down since yesterday. Haven't weighed in today. Trying not to be a super scale *****! I go back to work in 1 week!

Whats going on with everyone???

Congrats on your weight loss so far that is awesome...I start my liquid diet tuesday and surgery is scheduled July 7th YIKES....

CONGRATS on the 31 pound loss so far!!!! Enjoy the first few months out and getting to know your new pouch and new eating habits. And good luck going back to work, I know for me having set routines helps me out--I have to do my part and prepare ahead of time.
