a nurse that I work with was telling me one day that she use to work for a plastic surgeon... anyways he told her that if women knew to wear spandex at night while they sleep he would lose 50% of his business. Not sure how it works, I have yet to go spend the money and buy some but I'm seriously thinking about it. Good luck, and congratz on the 50lbs gone!

My grandmother says she slept in support underwear (like spanx) from the time she was 13 until forever and has always had a fantastic waist.  She's gained weight in other places, but always had that barbie waist!

I too have c-section tummy flab but honestly at just about 90lbs gone, it doesn't bother me too much because I know not only was I big, but I had a baby.  I know a lot of women who aren't big who've had tummy tucks because of c-section droop...so I'm not sure if it will ever go away completely.  Everyone's skin and body does different things so maybe the more weight that comes off it will improve.

As for the arms, try lifing weights to tone your muscles.  I still have the granny arms but I'm really amazed at how much better they look than what I thought they would.

Good luck!

I guess its part of the consquences we have to face for becoming the size we did. I also have that problem but I swear I'd kiss it every day if I could because its better than being 300plus pounds. I am definitely considering plastic surgery though. I'm also able to hide most of this weight by wearing certain clothing but I promise I know how blessed I am to just be healthier.

Spanx and body slimmers are AMAZING. I couldn't live without mine!
