struggling..please help

hey guys I had my surgery last friday everything went well and I am home. But I am having such a hard time getting my liquids and protein in. With the proteins the ones i found dont seem t sit well with my new stomache and i guess i need to  find a new one, but in the mean time what do i do? how do i get it all in? as for the liquid it feels like im sipping all day but when i look back and see its like 2 full cups.. that is definatey not enough. what should i do HELP!!

just keep trying. I did horrible at first with the protein and water but now I can drink a 2 liter pitcher of water in a day and I have no trouble getting 60ish grams of protein.
I started by setting a timer to go off every 15 mintues and every 15 mintues I sipped. All your liquids count so if your drinking broth or SF popsicles those count too.
I dont know how to help you with protein drinks. I still cannot find anything that I like besides the chicke advertised on this site. I have to mix mine with water since I dont tolerate milk any more.
Try making your water really really cold with lots of ice. I always liked my water better if it was frosty cold.
And keep at it! soon you can eat your protein and if you stick to chicken and fish for a month they seem to digest easily (for me) dont require the chewing that red meat does, and help you lose the lbs!
