about 4 months out and struggling
so i guess i shouldn't be complaining, but i am struggling in the weight loss battle.
not that i am unhappy about being down from 244 to 160/165ish. but im stuck.
the weight will not come off now (i've been at this weight for about a month)
any suggestions for switching up the diet? should i jump start and go back to shakes again?
i have ever increased my exercise...swimming, hiking, running, slip and slide in the back yard (haha, for real its super fun!)
any info would be great, id love to hear what everyone has to say!!
THank you!!!

it's basically just your early bariatric diet of protein-rich foods, except in larger amounts then you started with. You have to be pretty close-ish to goal by now....I think every one stalls at that point. There's always people on here saying that they finally met their goal after working toward it 2 or 3 years, with like half of that time being for a very small amount of weight. The most successful thing I read about for getting rid of the stalls on this board is just changing things up as much as you can. If you're working out 7 days a week, try going only 3 or 4 days a week for a longer time. If you're still eating smallish amounts, try eating more frequently to get more food in (more food can ironically boost metabolism). you'll do fine, you probably just won't lose weight that fast anymore.
