Acne??

I've read that when some people get the surgery that it really improves your skin.

I was wondering if anyone on here suffered from Acne and did it go away or improve after the surgery?

For about 6wks after surgery I had the worst acne I've had my entire life. It was absolutely terrible. But now my skin is all cleared up again and I actually DO think it looks much clearer and brighter than it did pre-surgery!

i wouldnt say that the surgery itself improved my acne, I think that the birthcontrol improves your skin condition, trust me I have been off it six weeks and i already have pimples :(

I never really had bad acne but I did have it a little bit. Since surgery my skin has cleared up a lot, I still have a few problem areas but they are looking better and better every day. Hope that helps a little bit

Thanks so much for all your input guys. I don't have terrible acne persay but sometimes I can get a bad break out streak. I'm hoping after the surgery, and the initial breakout period that it will clear up.
