Your daily food menu...
I guess in a nutshell:
Breakfast: Protein shake and oatmeal with light soy milk or an egg
Midmorning - South Beach Bar
Lunch - Chicken salad made with canned chicken, Tbsp light mayo over some spinach and maybe some All Bran crackers
Around 3ish - Decaf coffee with Torani syrup and some light vanilla soy milk. Perhaps some cheese cubes if I'm a little hungry.
Dinner - This depends because I try to cook something for the whole family. We've been grilling out lately, so I'll have hubby throw me on a chicken breast or some shrimp. If we are out, I'll just have a burger without the bun and some sort of veggie and a little fruit.
Snack (not every night) - greek yogurt with some fruit or kashi mixed in or maybe a 100 calorie bag of popcorn.
Throughout the day I drink water or green tea. I may eat more carbs then some but I for me it's unrealistic to cut them out completely so I try to make sure that they are good, whole grains with lots of fiber.

You should check out the RNY board each day for a thread called " What are you doing/eating today?" Lots of options there. Especially from Shari (Jupiter6), Nik (Cleopatra_Nik, and Pam T. They balance their meals daily. A good rule of thumb is to attempt to get 40% protein, 30% Carbs, and 30% fat in your diet each day. Good Luck!
