Tone up

So in 2 weeks i'll be meeting someone special and I want to look really good.
Right now I weigh 180lbs (82 kgs) and I want to speed up the weight loss for the next 2 weeks, I noticed now that i've lost alot of weight, I'm not as solid. It's not excess skin.. I'm just more.. squishy and I want to tone up more than loose weight.

Will excersizing daily do anything in 2 weeks?
What should I do ;(

I'm also ... still feeling fat. even though I know i'm not that big anymore... I can't help but feel like the old me.

I knew this would happen.

OK I SO KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! MY LEGS BEFORE WERE MORE SOLID. LIKE I KNEW I HAD MUSCLES, AND I DO SQUATS, LEG PRESSES, JOG--AND LET ME TELL YOU I WEIGH 184 TODAY- I WALK AND MY LEGS SLAP TOGETHER IF IM NAKED!!  I dont have  CLUE! but im SOOO asking my dr today!  its sooo groooosssssssssss.   I will let you know if he tells me anything, before I TOTALLY had more of a firm feel and im not sure even with losing weight maybe bc its soo fast its hard for our bodies to tighten up rihgt away? keep exercising but stay healthy about it! overdoing it can be all bad too!

yup if u excercise you are gonna feel so much better!. it won´t look like u are bulding ur muscles but that would make u feel sexier you`ll see. start already!!!
and yes we cannot fix in a couple of months all the self image problems so keep it up you are doing great hun

 Any sort of conditioning moves will help you tone up (lunges, squats, crunches, etc.) and weight lifting will help define the muscle.  If you really work at it hard, in two weeks you should be feeling and looking better!

You could look into getting a firming body wrap. My sister has done them before weddings. It's a great temporary fix.... firms up your skin pretty nicely!
