ok, so i had my 1th appoiment with my new nutricionist yesterday it went pretty good. I like him very much  he knows what`s he is talking about. altho he is only 28 and super hot. ( that`s gonna help me a lot to lose the weight `cuz i`ll be all embarased if i don´t lol).
so exited about this new beginng. i haven´t stoped my exercise and watchihng what i eat but this like more serious thing.
i  like that he is also very concerned about geting my excercise routine related with my diet. `cuz he thinks i`m not doing it right and that maight be the reason i`m not losing anymore. he put me on this 2 week diet to track my metabolism or something like that in order to make my diet suit me.
sooo excited!!! hope everything goes well this couple of weeks i will let u know how things are going!!
hugs.

I had to see a nutritionist every month for 6 months before my insurance company would approve me for WLS. It was one of the BEST things I could have done for myself.

I hope you have a great experience!!!

Sooo the fitness leader told me its more effective to work out for short periods of time multiple times per day when it comes to walking jogging swimming- whatever.. because of the build up through out the day and what it does to your metabolism..

she said its 3x more effective than an hour and a half work out.  (according to recent studies)
