Not in to much pain just suuuper sore. not takin pain meds cuz i hate the way they make me feel just taken liquyd tylonol.

eatin pudding, yoguart, instant breakfast, iceopur...yuck need to find new protien drink. oh and all of those are of corse sugar and fat free. and water water water...crystal light. after like 4 lil baby bites i am sooooooooo foool omg! weeeeird.

oh hey if you are doing the fruity "bullets" of isopure before you give up on them, try them over a TON of ice and your usual service of crystal light (in a similar flavor) and mix them all up...masks any yucky taste pretty well. good luck!!
