UGH THIS IS HELL... i wont put food in my mouth because I know its a hazard to me right now but these liquids, well im getting real sick of them!


Its memorial day weekend and Iwill smell the BBQs while I sip protein.. YUM!

my surgeon told me to eat a scrambled egg with cheese so thats what i had, i couldn't even eat 1/2 of it tho!

 Just remember that just like everything else in life, this is only temporary!   

I ate eggs, chili (not a great summer food but that's ok) yogurt, pudding, etc.  

I know it's  hard, but you'll make it through!!

my first soft food was soft scrambled eggs w/cheese. it tasted like CRAP lol my taste buds are just NOW returning to normal! dont worry hun you will be eating MUSH and complaining about being tired of eating that mush soon enough lol =)

p.s. best soft foods meal ever...lol i think i share this with EVERYONE!!!

I had some reduced fat peanut butter. It helped me through some times. Also tuna with light mayo was a good reprieve. Hang in there the worst will be over soon.
