For those at or near goal weight......
Hey everyone,
I am inching ever closer to my goal weight and of course, the weight's coming off slower and I've been gaining and losing the same couple pounds for awhile. I'm getting pretty bummed that my goal is so close but it seems so hard to get there.
Did any of you change anything about your diet/exercise when you got to this point? I've been doing everything the same as before but I didn't know if I needed to reevaluate to keep things moving along.
Any tips would be great!

I will be meeting with my nutritionist on June 10th, so hopefully they will have some ideas on getting things going. It's just frustrating and I don't want to fail by doing something I shouldnt be. I don't cheat really at all...my downfall is probably the late night snacking. I need to stop that!!

Give yourself credit! Your doing wonderfully..almost a whole teenager!
I hit a plateau at about 12 months, 138-145lbs. My body was comfortable at that weight, as I spent most of my youth at that age, it didn't want to let go!
i didn't work out at all throughout the 1st year, so when I saw my body got stuck at 12 mos, i hit the gym 5-7 times a week. Had to burn off about 600-800 calories/day to drop down to my goal weight of 128lbs. (size 4). I wasn't too comfortable at that weight, though...too weak, but I looked great in those size 4 jeans!
Anyway, I had re-evaluated my eating and realized I was able to consume much more than I initially was, so had to monitor what I ate, I made healthier choices.
Good luck!
