Help at a stall and im only 2 months out....

i am like freaking out i am about 2 months postop... did anyone have this problem...? i havent lost any weight in about 3 weeks, i only eat 3 oz at a time like 3 times a day, i get in all my protein... why am i at a stall so early? and the scale says i gained a pound and a half i have been to the gym four times this week... omg why am i not losing....

 It's normal, just keep doing what your surgeon tells you ...the weight will come off, I promise!

You could be gaining muscle, which is way cool, and water weight-etc can count for more than you would think. Don't worry too much. Just keep doing well. If you're really worried, then try a food journal and see how many calories come in the proteins you are getting. If there's any way you can cut down on calories while still getting in the same protein that might help you out. :)

hey girl is very normal to have stalls. you can get more protein and change ur excercise routing to shock your body it may help the stall. but you`ll drop a lot of lb one day when you wake up. you`ll see hang in there i know is hard but is normal 2.

Your body is having to catch up from all the weight you have lost, don't worry, it'll break soon :)
