I have a trainer, i see her once a week on Mondays, well the last month i haven't.. i had a bit of an accident, I have a heart condition i was born with Mitral valve prolapse. Any ways she was really working me one monday morning in curcit training, running, then jumping jacks, then lifting weights, and squats you name it. I was on round three of the training, and hit the floor, passed the heck out.. my heart couldn't get the blood up to my brain. Scared her, i'm used to it because it happens often if i get my heart rate up to high, so she told me to take a few weeks off, i walk around my neighborhood or ride my bike right now. I went to see her monday, and she is going to back off on the running.. so i told it was fine i'm good to go, just let me lay on the floor until i get up next time..lol
Anyways she has really whipped me in to shape...or started too, my thighs have the cuts in them where you can see deffinition, my arms are starting to come around. i need to work on my muffin top.. but if i didn't have her i don't know where to start... she is awesome and i love her up beat way about her... she is positive about everything but me fainting.. lol
Its worth the investment that is for sure.

I did once I was further out... after a while I no longer knew 'how' to work out... I had been overweight most of my life and I hit a point once I was under 200lbs where I just didnt sweat like I use to. I hired a trainer to teach me how to use free weights and some workout routines... I went for a few months and then learned enough to start doing things on my own. IMO it was worth every penny.... I learned a lot and it got me started on the right track. I no longer belong to a gym and workout at home looking up routines/workouts online and do my cardio outside.
