The last 30 pounds

Are Killer! I have been stalled between 160-150, and it's driving me crazy, I had been in the 160's for a while, I finally got to the 150's and they are feeling good, I just wish I could get to the lower 150's. What are some tricks to get the weight loss headed in the right direction again? I'm not gaining, well accept for a pound because of my period. But I really do want to get to 130. Please let me know, I'm going back to walking a mile a day, hopefully I can get that into a routine! We will see! Thanks!

One thing my clinic told me is that I may never get that low. Carrying around a lot of weight for a long time makes our bones more dense and therefore heavier. So we may be 150 but look 130. Have you ever got a test to measure the weight of your organs, blood and bones? There is a test like that though I can't remember quite what it's called. The test will give you a good representation of what is actually attainable as far as a weight.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

don´t tell me!!!!! i`ve been wanting to lose 20 lbs for over 4 months now and it just won´t go away!!! they don´t wanna leave my body!! no mater what i do. so i guess i have to try harder!!

if u are not excersacing maybe if you start again you`ll drope those lbs. good luck!!! and could need some 2 lol.

If you find out, let me know because I'm there too!!!  I'm still losing pretty steady but only ounces at a time, which is fine with me as long as it keeps going down.   I think this 30lbs is going to be the worst part of the whole thing but I'm going to be extremely happy once they are gone for good!!  

Best of luck to you!  We will all get there eventually, just remember that!

 the last 30 pounds are just evil!  lol

i was kinda hoping it would be relatively easy to lose like the first 150. i think i might actually have to work at this. crap!!
