How much did you lose?
I lost @ 3 months out ... 62 lbs., I was/am eating around 800 calories (I try to hard to get that many in) ... when I exercise I eat more to keep my energy up. When I was exercising 6 days a week I would push for more like 1,000 calories a day ... then the tiredness kicked in a few weeks ago, I am lucky to make it to the gym 2 days a week :(
My starting BMI was 47.3 (284 lbs) I am currently BMI of 36.2 & 217 lbs. You are doing great sweetie, keep up the great work!

im a coupld days shy of being 3 months post op (wow seems like i was in surgery a few weeks ago)
anyway, I've lost 60lbs . my surgeon says i should be consuming 800-1000 calories but i am NO WHERE near that. I still have a lot of trouble with food and i typically average between 450-600 calories per day...and thats a GOOD day. It sucks cause i know that the more i eat the more ill burn but i just cant do it most of the time! oh well. i started with a bmi of 46.5 and i have no idea what it is now. lol

At 3 months I had lost 69 lbs (including 13 pre-op), from 335 to 266. My goal weight is 189, for a BMI of 23 (I am VERY tall -6'4"). I was eating about 650 calories a day, almost entirely protein.
Hang in there! I know it seems slow, but the time WILL pass one way or another, and every day you are that much closer to a healthy weight. ***hugs***

welllllll I would like to say that i WAS consuming about 700-800 calories but then i started drinking heavily (not eating) but alchol wise i'd say i consumed an extra 600-900 calories there for a while short while- thank god! but im prob now at a steady 900, and working out agian 4-5 days a week- it shard to find time i work 2 jobs and crazy hours....i've lost about 40 some odd pounds...and im working hard to start losing again-- higher intake of protein lots of veggies and fruit and water... LOTS of water...I think you are doing great...and Mariana- your my idol here on this site--=)

at 3 months i had lost 65 lbs.. my bmi was like 42 im 5'9 and weighed 275. im 2 lbs away from my goal at 7.5 monthes out.. ive lost 118 lbs. i lost the first 100 in 5 months and 18 since then.. its slowed way down since im so close to goal. honestly i dont count my calories at all so i couldnt even guess how many i eat.. i know i eat alot though lol
