LOST 9 LBS

I have been on a liquid diet opti fast before surgery for the alst week now and have lost 9 lbs i know its not alot but its somehing!

I have to do the Optifast diet for 6 weeks! Seriously? 6 flipping weeks? And I thought this 6 months of supervised dieting was taking forever..
