Graduation Time

 Hey all!

I know that I rarely write but I had a lil time and figured I would say hi! I packed up my whole apartment today and I'm graduating next Saturday. Also getting ready to move out tomorrow. I was running all over the place trying to pack everything up. Then up and down the stairs to pack it into my car. Let me tell ya, it was a work out and as tired as I am now from such a long day, I feel GREAT!! My surgeon says I'm not allowed to work out for a couple more weeks since I'm still healing, but I love knowing that I burned so many calories just doing my everyday stuff. Can't wait to hit the gym!!

So I'm down to 226 now. In a few days I'm ganna have to start shopping for a graduation dress. Any suggestions? I have yet to hit a store since surgery and I don't think I'll fit in regular stores just yet. What do yall think?

Lane Bryant always has sexy dresses! (I'll continue to shop there after I've lost the weight cuz I love their style!) I have one I'll have to show you, very cute!

Torrid was definitely my favorite place to get dresses, but second to that is Dress Barn, which is now really my fav since I don't fit into Torrid much anymore. If you can't find stuff there, or at LB or department stores, Avenue and Deb Shops also have dresses. I put most of mine on ebay when I sized out, and that seemed pretty popular- it may be worth looking at. Good luck, I'm hoping to fit into mine in two weeks that I bought 1 size too small. yikes
As someone told me lately, everyone deserves the chance to fly!

Hey everyone! Thanks for the responses!! Marina, that's a really good idea about someone designing them. If you have any ideas, let me know! :)

I think I'm going to look around torrid and LB first. Then move my way around. I hate to spend a lot of money on something that HOPEFULLY will only fit me once. I did, however, donate two full garbage bags of clothes to goodwill yesterday!

Have a great day everyone and thanks for the responses!!

Congrats! I graduated this past Sunday and it's an awesome feeling! I got my dresses (yea, I bought more than 1) from TJMaxx! I'm not sure what size you are, but they had some nice Calvin Klein dresses and many others for like $50-$60. Hope that helps!
