protein shakes

i am a month post op.

has anybody gagged from their protein shakes that they usually LOVE?!?!

i just mixed the usual with sf hawaiian punch and im cool now, but the other morning was bad,
i just made my shake was runnin out the door to work and i had to run back inside. ewwww

does this mean i should change it up? im sure thinking about it.

yup i had a chocolate protein shake before surgery that i loved it was sooooo goood!!!!!!. and after surgery it made me sick `cuz  had a lot of fiber on it! so i changed. for an unflavored one so i can mix it now with what ever i want.

is easy to find the unflavor one. if u do´t find it get some vanilla ìt doen´t really have a taste and is great also for mixing. just be carufl that doesn have much sugar and carbs. there is 0 carbs ones but they are to expencive. mine have like 3 carbs per portion and only 170 cal. so is great deal for me.

I don't know that this really applies to your question....but GNC makes a protein shake called Max Protein. It's really low carb/low calorie and I'd rather drink that than chocolate milk, the stuff is fantastic!!!

i like gnc and vitamin shoppe because you can return anything you dont think! maybe i will try some when i get paid! thanks! 

 I have two giant tubs of Max protein, chocolate and vanilla, and I can't stand them. I also have the full line of chewable bariatric vitamins. If anyone wants them PM me and I'll ship 'em out!
