My Second Step...

So I finally was able to schedule an appointment with my family doctor about being referred for WLS! I go to see him July 13th, two days after I get back from my trip to Europe! I think I'm more excited for the appointment than the trip! lol. It's not a huge milestone, but to me it's a huge victory! 

The only negative aspect that I can think of is that now I have two months to worry about whether or not he'll send my referral! lol

Just be positive and it might help if you wrote down a list of all the reasons why you want the surgery so that when you get in there your mind doesnt go blank!  Good Luck!

hey girl... 1th congrats!!!! it sounds great!
and 2nd. you are gonna have so much fun on ur trip!!!!! i did same back on september.
went to. spain, france, italy, and  greek island cruise it was awesome!
 i had so much fun. althoug i was nervious `cuz i was 7 months out but everything went great.
have fun and forget about all the surgery thing there. so u can enjoy ur vacation  you are gonna have the time of your life!!!!

Congrats on your trip to Europe and your referal. I am still waiting also I don't have the actual date yet just first dr appt the 25th of May. I know it takes a long time  but patience is everything. Also you are going to love Europe, I live here in Germany and it's just amazing. I am trying to enjoy the 2 years I have left here before the good ol army sends us back to the states. Enjoy your trip and time will creep up before you know it!
