5 months is a good time to practice your new habbits i.e. eating protein and veges and drinking water between meals not during meals...GOOD HABITS ARE ESSTENTIAL FOR THIS JOURNEY...other than that...time will go quickly...you'll be on the losers bench in no time

ditto on "the time will fly" my whole process from start to finish was 7 months and i didnt even have a 6 month diet requirement LOL. All worth it ...time is still flying by. Im 2 months out and down 50 lbs. so awesome.
